I built my foundation starting young — from building an insurance book of business to a very successful career in high-ticket sales. What set me apart wasn't aggression. It was a natural ability for connecting with people and empowering them through the sales process.

For years, I've worked closely with sales teams and individual reps who struggled with hitting targets, lacked structure and strategy, or simply didn't enjoy the challenges of selling.
